Common PCT dosing people use
Light suppression
- 20 mg/day x 4 weeks
Very common setup
- 40/40/20/20 mg (weeks 1–4)
Sometimes
- 20/20/20/20 is enough
When people start it
Usually after esters clear:
- Short esters: a few days
- Long esters: ~10–14 days often discussed
hCG + Tamoxifen
Common approach:
- Human chorionic gonadotropin first (2–3 weeks sometimes)
- Then Tamoxifen
A lot of people avoid leaning on hCG alone for full PCT.
